Key responsibilities & impact

Support the project management team with guidance, standards, guidelines, and best practices
Supervise and monitor teams and activities throughout the entire process
Ensure the defined development methodology is applied
Improve the productivity and quality of deliverables and services
Plan customer engagement through calls and meetings
Identify customers’ expectations and needs
Assign activities and monitor the team to ensure deadlines are met
Track projects in terms of status, schedule, cost, and profit margin
Prepare reports and use the tools defined by the company
Collaborate with other departments to negotiate resources, request services, and establish deadlines
Ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Technology and/or Project Management preferred
Experience in Software Project Management
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies
Knowledge of Project Financial Management
People management skills
Leadership capabilities
Degree, postgraduate qualification, or MBA in Technology Project Management desirable
Knowledge of the Financial/Banking Market desirable
Agile, PMP, or Scrum certifications desirable
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English
