About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the interface between candidates and clients throughout recruiting processes
Prepare candidates systematically for interviews
Actively support client interviews, take live notes, and ensure a professional opening and closing
Conduct debrief calls with candidates and clients after each client interview
Obtain honest feedback
Keep all required CRM fields fully up to date after every conversation, including interest score, salary expectations/status, dealbreakers, next steps, and deadlines
Proactively request feedback and decision timelines from clients
Work closely with the recruiting team, experienced Account Managers, and the executive team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in direct client or candidate contact, e.g. sales, recruiting, customer service, or a similar field
Extremely reliable and able to keep track of multiple parallel processes
Well-structured approach and confident, professional communication on the phone
Eager to develop professionally and personally
Fluent German, both written and spoken
Experience or background in the construction or construction-related industry is a plus, but not required
