About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations
- Ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards
- Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives
- Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews
- Partner with cross-functional teams on enterprise initiatives and shared priorities
- Travel frequently to assigned venues
- Observe operations and provide in-person coaching
- Recognize strong performance and ensure consistent hospitality delivery
- Drive operational excellence, people development, and exceptional hospitality across multiple venues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, El Segundo, Montebello, or Ontario
- 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
- Ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple venues
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action
