About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own revenue, labor, costs, profitability, and overall regional performance across every venue in the Florida market
  • Interpret financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into business strategies
  • Build and execute the annual regional operating plan with financial targets for each venue
  • Review venue P&Ls and coach leaders on business performance
  • Forecast, close performance gaps, and capitalize on portfolio opportunities
  • Drive new revenue through partnerships, events, and local market opportunities
  • Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to General Managers and Venue Directors of Operations
  • Coach venue leaders in person and establish communication, business review, and follow-up cadences
  • Travel frequently to venues to observe operations, coach leaders, and ensure consistent hospitality
  • Set standards for guest experience and share best practices across venues
  • Build leadership pipelines through succession planning and development initiatives
  • Hire, develop, retain, and evaluate venue leadership teams
  • Partner with Finance, People, Marketing, Sales, Culinary, and Facilities teams
  • Lead rollout and adoption of enterprise programs and standards
  • Build relationships with Florida businesses, community leaders, and partners
  • Support events, partnerships, and activations that grow awareness and revenue
  • Ensure venue safety, regulatory compliance, alcohol service compliance, and food safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred)
  • Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability across multiple venues, including full P&L ownership
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-revenue environments such as large-scale entertainment venues, resorts, casinos, or similar operations is a plus
  • Must be in, or willing to relocate to, the Florida market
  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned market, including some overnight stays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the market
  • Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to remain on feet and in motion for extended periods, including standing, walking, and navigating stairs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks consistently in a fast-paced venue environment
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate clearly in moderate to high background noise
  • Ability to remain stationary while performing desk-based tasks
  • Ability to travel frequently by car and, as needed, by air
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons
