About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily financial accounting activities and operational processes
- Assist with basic transactions and activities in SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
- Support account reconciliations and the review of financial information
- Assist with invoice processing and the organization of accounting documents
- Perform basic data entries, updates, and checks in SAP
- Support the team in responding to requests and following up on accounting-related matters
- Communicate with regional teams across different countries in Latin America
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and processes
- Basic familiarity with SAP, preferably SAP FI
- Degree or academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Interest in learning and developing in a multinational environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a junior accounting or finance role is a plus
- Previous exposure to SAP Financial Accounting (FI) is a plus
- Experience in a multicultural or multinational environment is a plus
