About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain, and load master data in the corporate OMP system
Manage and execute master data change requests in accordance with governance processes
Reconcile and compare data across different systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy
Develop validation rules, controls, and automated checks to improve data quality
Develop Python scripts and solutions to automate data management and reconciliation activities
Analyze large volumes of data to identify discrepancies, quality issues, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor data quality KPIs and support decision-making
Investigate and resolve master data issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Support data migration, integration, and system implementation projects
Contribute to data governance initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
Advanced written and spoken English
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
More than 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Analytics, or related areas
Proven experience managing, loading, and maintaining master data in enterprise applications
Experience with large-scale data reconciliation, validation, and comparison across different systems
Hands-on experience developing automations, validation rules, and data quality controls using Python
Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, KPI creation, and data quality reporting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report preparation
Experience working with large volumes of data and complex datasets in multi-system environments
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and OMP is desirable
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and data governance processes is desirable
Experience with ETL, data integration, and data migration projects is desirable
