Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Postgraduate qualification preferred
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement
- Experience at a mid-sized or large law firm preferred
- Experience with debt recovery and affirmative litigation
- Experience analyzing highly complex cases involving debt recovery and affirmative litigation
- Experience managing and preparing procedural deadlines at all levels of jurisdiction
- Experience and availability to conduct court conferences and oral arguments
- Experience preparing reports outlining litigation strategies
- Experience updating legal case management systems and conducting audits
- Experience serving clients and in-house legal teams and participating in strategic meetings
- Experience analyzing asset investigation findings and pursuing the attachment and liquidation of assets
