About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate data mapping and analysis activities throughout the customer onboarding lifecycle
Consult with internal and external stakeholders to complete data mapping and ingestion activities
Troubleshoot customer-specific flat files, API and point-to-point integrations
Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver key implementation activities
Review, validate and resolve issues within complex data sets
Manage technical projects and support Implementation Managers with customer onboardings
Drive data integration and historical data migration efforts
Engage with customers during import of key data elements
Create customer-facing documentation and communicate file and data format requirements
Guide customers through best practices and present technical information to end users
Review import files for field mapping, data content and file formatting
Perform QA after data imports or API integration completion
Document and review implementation and content delivery processes
Utilize AI systems to enhance processes, tools and customer project efficiency
Become an expert on the Total Expert platform, integrations and interdependencies
Manage documentation repositories and create best-practice and process documents
Perform liaison functions across the organization
Use project tracking methodologies to manage multiple projects through their lifecycle
Serve as designated project manager for customer API projects from technical setup through troubleshooting, communication and expectation management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business Analyst or comparable technical role
3-5 years of experience required, SaaS preferred
3+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment
Proficient using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, review and interpret large amounts of data
Experience structuring large data sets from a complex data model to find usable information
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience working directly with customers
Strong analytical and process skills
Mortgage/Financial Services industry knowledge a plus
