About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source candidates through Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels
- Reach out directly by phone, text and email
- Pre-screen candidates using the interview guide for state licence, board certification, DEA registration, and experience with older adults
- Verify licences on US state board websites
- Schedule interviews and conduct video screenings
- Keep candidates engaged through onboarding
- Keep the applicant tracker and Workable stages up to date
- Report weekly on the pipeline by state against patient demand
- Work closely with the Provider Success team
- Help build a team of nurse practitioners across the US
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years recruiting for US healthcare roles — nurses, nurse practitioners or allied health
- Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence speaking with US clinicians
- A working understanding of US healthcare
- Candidates with Nursing licenses preferred
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workable a plus)
- Availability to work US Time hours, [e.g. 9 AM – 5 PM ET]
- A reliable internet connection and a private place to take calls
- Experience recruiting for telehealth or senior care (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Health Insurance and Healthcare Services (nice to have)
