About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in OT systems
- Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to communicate findings and coordinate remediation activities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on vulnerability management best practices and tools
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes
- Travel as required for on-site assessments and collaboration with global teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in vulnerability management, particularly in OT environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse cultures and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, Qualys, Tanium, and Microsoft Defender is a plus
