About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to department leaders
  • Support financial planning for the assigned function, including financial models, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis using Adaptive Planning
  • Own accountability for all inputs and outputs from Adaptive Planning
  • Leverage AI and BI tools to automate variance analysis and forecast workflows
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to surface actionable insights from financial and operational data
  • Own and improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles
  • Deliver financial analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations for business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to financial and operational dashboards supporting executive decision-making
  • Analyze business performance and trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Contribute to business cases for product launches, pricing decisions, go-to-market investments, and operational efficiencies
  • Prepare materials for executive leadership, including Board of Directors and investor materials
  • Track SaaS metrics including CAC, NRR, and GRR
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Adaptive Planning outputs, reports, workbooks, and dashboards
  • Implement process improvements in financial operations using AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • CPA/CFA designation in progress or completed is a strong asset
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
  • Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and executive storytelling
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Comfort navigating large datasets
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate reporting, streamline analysis, and improve process efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • High personal standards of accountability
