About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build landing page sections, page variants, and marketing website experiences directly in code
  • Create and ship polished product UI for smaller features, enhancements, and design tickets
  • Produce presentations, social graphics, campaign visuals, and other creative assets using AI generation and editing tools
  • Work within established brand and design systems across touchpoints
  • Apply typography, hierarchy, layout, color, and visual/content design principles
  • Structure web experiences around visitor knowledge, needs, and desired actions
  • Use LLMs, image/video/3D generation tools, and AI coding assistants as primary design and development tools
  • Rapidly explore creative directions, prototype in the browser, and iterate based on real interaction
  • Stay current with AI design/development tools and integrate useful tools into team workflows
  • Contribute to new products, features, business initiatives, conversion improvements, and UX optimizations
  • Partner with senior designers and engineers on complex projects
  • Clarify briefs, define scope, explain design and technical decisions, and document decisions
  • Communicate progress asynchronously, manage multiple assignments, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality shipped work
  • Participate in portfolio walkthrough interviews and a short practical exercise as part of the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work, including real websites, product surfaces, or prototypes designed and built
  • Fluency with AI-native creation, including AI visual tools and AI coding assistants
  • Working proficiency in front-end development sufficient to create live, responsive builds without handoff
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JS, React, or similar
  • Strong visual and UI fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, layout, color, and web UX
  • Ability to create polished brand and communication materials using AI tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within an established brand system
  • Initiative to think through problems and explain reasoning
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly asynchronously
  • Genuine interest in design and technology, with evidence of experimentation and continuous improvement
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Nice to have: React, Next.js, Vue, Webflow, motion graphics, micro-interactions, video, 3D visuals, conversion-focused web design, or futures trading/financial markets/fintech experience
  • Candidates must complete the application portfolio submission, walkthrough interview, and short practical exercise if selected
