About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the next phase of TradeLocker's product evolution, primarily focused on the core trading platform
- Lead one or more dedicated product teams
- Shape features and solutions that help trader clients discover profitable trading opportunities and manage risk
- Shape the product roadmap for platform trading and risk management features
- Interact directly with clients and partners to validate hypotheses and identify impactful problems
- Use rapid prototyping and testing to mitigate risk and validate product direction
- Translate strategy into action and manage higher-level initiatives and epics in tools such as Jira
- Provide engineering and design partners with context and clarity to build, iterate, and ship confidently
- Maintain a holistic view across B2C and B2B platform experiences
- Become an expert in the platform's technical capabilities and constraints and collaborate with engineering
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Leadership to align the roadmap with business goals
- Make data-informed product decisions and own key product initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience trading yourself and deep understanding of risk management and trading opportunities
- Proven product management experience managing and launching successful trading products
- Preferably experience in a B2C SaaS environment
- Extensive experience with modern product discovery techniques
- Ability to connect team work to strategic company objectives and articulate a compelling vision
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to engineers and executives
- Comfort engaging in technical discussions and understanding system architecture
- Outcome-oriented approach focused on customer and business value
- Passion for leveraging AI and new technologies to improve the trader experience
- Strong interest in automated trading, data, and AI is a positive
