About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Buying and Data/AI teams
  • Shape features and improvements for second-hand shopping across Tradera.com and iOS and Android apps
  • Set direction for the Data/AI team across user-facing and internal applications
  • Prioritize backlogs for both teams, balancing user feedback, bug fixes, AI initiatives and new features
  • Plan and ship updates across web, apps and the AI/data platform
  • Collaborate with developers, UX/design, analysts, marketing and other product teams
  • Serve as team lead and people manager for 7 people
  • Support and develop team members through feedback, coaching and regular 1:1s
  • Work closely with the CPO and stakeholders across the company
  • Adapt priorities and help teams remain focused

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading a team, as a people manager or in another leading role
  • Experience prioritizing work based on user needs and business impact
  • Experience working with developers and other teams
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Experience with data, ML or AI products is a plus, but not a requirement
