About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes supporting the investment platform
Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and support resolution
Implement and improve operational workflows and contribute to automation
Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams on operational dependencies and challenges
Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and control frameworks
Monitor internal systems to optimize operational efficiency and promptly address potential disruptions
Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Process design and process management skills
Keen interest in financial markets and trading operations
Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work
Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
Interest in applications of AI in the financial services industry
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is nice to have
Knowledge of the German language is nice to have
Internship or project exposure to financial services or fintech operations is nice to have
