About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the overall acquisition strategy and direction
Lead and develop existing affiliate teams, creating a strong culture of ownership, accountability and results
Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion across international markets
Develop and optimise affiliate and performance marketing strategies
Build and strengthen relationships with affiliates and strategic partners
Use data, analytics and market insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities
Monitor acquisition performance and ensure resources are focused on the right channels and markets
Oversee affiliate platforms, marketing tools and tracking solutions
Set clear goals, priorities and performance expectations across the function
Build scalable processes that support future business growth
Collaborate with senior leadership and teams across different markets
Travel regularly to meet teams, partners and key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in the gambling / iGaming industry
Strong affiliate marketing experience
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and tracking systems
Proven people management and leadership experience
Experience leading and developing teams in an international environment
Strong understanding of performance marketing
Good understanding of content marketing
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
Commercial mindset with the ability to connect acquisition activity with wider business goals
Experience working across multiple countries and markets
Ability to take ownership, make decisions and operate with a high level of autonomy
Fluent English
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
