About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, launch, and independently optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Develop high-converting creative concepts
- Write hooks and ad scripts
- Collaborate with the design team on new asset tests
- Monitor performance KPIs
- Allocate budgets based on data and systematically scale profitable angles
- Conduct structured A/B tests for assets, targeting, and landing pages
- Derive insights for further iterations
- Monitor new platform features, ad formats, and UGC trends
- Manage your own client projects and collaborate with the team and trainee buddy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial knowledge gained through internships or 1–2 years of practical experience
- Understanding of how ads work on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Interest in media buying and creative strategy
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Strong willingness to learn and high motivation
- Alignment with the company’s values and culture
- Native-level German
- Good command of English
