About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of new market launches
  • Own product strategy from initial problem framing through customer-facing experience
  • Develop understanding of carrier and market integrations and ensure complexity is invisible to customers
  • Make investment decisions across the supply portfolio
  • Balance deepening existing integrations, improving live functionality, and launching new markets or carriers
  • Manage priorities across two squads while focusing deeply on highest-impact areas
  • Define and track success metrics and use data to drive decisions
  • Collaborate with Commercial colleagues on market economics, commission structures, and partner dynamics
  • Partner with Engineering on technical constraints, opportunities, and API integrations
  • Embed AI tools and approaches into working practices
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Go-to-Market, and Marketing teams on market launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working across multiple European markets
  • Strong track record of launching or scaling products in a multi-market environment
  • Ability to understand the customer problem end to end, from technical market or carrier integration through customer experience
  • Experience managing a portfolio of integrations or partnerships
  • Strong metrics mindset and ability to use insight to guide prioritisation and trade-offs
  • Solid understanding of APIs and technical integrations at a high level
  • Experience working across multiple squads or workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness, including commission structures and partner economics
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve work speed and quality
  • Experience in or knowledge of the ground transport or travel industry is a plus
