About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build practical MVPs for high-impact Customer Success enablement priorities
  • Launch enablement programs, gather user feedback and data, and improve them over time
  • Identify enablement challenges, propose solutions, and expand ownership across the revenue organization
  • Create scalable and effective enablement systems
  • Support Customer Success and other customer-facing teams
  • Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, webinars, and onboarding programs
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging, role-relevant experiences
  • Manage enablement projects while maintaining focus on business outcomes
  • Measure impact on behavior adoption, productivity, customer service, retention, expansion, pipeline, and revenue
  • Collaborate with leaders, managers, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or related go-to-market roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communication, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Exposure to Customer Success organizations and understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Experience coordinating or delivering training sessions, workshops, webinars, or onboarding programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
