About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver positive customer service experiences and sales solutions
  • Support the internal Sales team in meeting financial and business goals
  • Provide customer support and achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee customer contract renewals and expansion
  • Identify growth and sales opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Coordinate account strategies with the account management team
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Sales, Billing, and Service Resource Coordinators
  • Manage customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for an assigned portfolio
  • Develop customer account profiles, account strategies, service delivery plans, budget plans, and customer visits
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns within 24 hours
  • Visit customer sites at least three times per week
  • Ensure technician schedules and parts/materials support customer obligations and company profitability
  • Manage T&M and quoted-job pull-through opportunities and proposals
  • Follow up on customer accounts receivable
  • Collaborate on sales leads and quick quotes
  • Manage service agreement renewals, bookings, and monthly targets
  • Review monthly financial performance and provide correction plans for underperforming agreements
  • Provide weekly activity plans to the Service Sales Team Leader and Area Service Manager
  • Attend sales and customer-support development training and sales meetings
  • Prepare reports and correspondence and maintain files
  • Schedule, participate in, and lead meetings, conferences, and project-team activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pursue relevant professional development and follow health and safety policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2-year degree required
  • Experience not required; customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Effective verbal, phone, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with telephone, voicemail, computer, and office equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work extended hours occasionally when required
  • Consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
  • Compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Safety-sensitive role; may require additional drug screening
