About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with phone customers to identify needs, respond to inquiries, and offer timely solutions for HVAC Parts & Supply needs
Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions
Partner with customers and grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extension needs
Present products to customers in person and on the phone
Execute quote and order management processes accurately
Enter quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment
Expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

GED or High School Diploma required
Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement and safety
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience
HVAC sales/knowledge and mechanical aptitude beneficial
Proven experience building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service in challenging situations
