Key responsibilities & impact

Support development and deployment of analytics solutions enabling self-service capabilities for sales and functional leadership
Understand business priorities and stakeholder requirements to determine appropriate solutions
Create, improve, and maintain Tableau dashboards using financial and operations metrics
Share solutions and critical-thinking techniques across the organization
Develop data structures combining multiple datasets for multifaceted data exploration and performance dashboards
Manage analytics solution deployment through standard-work development, training, and ongoing business-team support
Deliver regular agile demos to customers
Drive and document analytics standards and best practices
Develop and present complex, customized findings to senior leadership and field offices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in business or related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, Economics, etc.), or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience developing Analytics Solutions
Experience building visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
Proficiency with data transformation tools such as Alteryx or Dataiku highly desired, or willingness to learn
Experience leveraging cloud infrastructure, including writing SQL queries
Ability to evaluate solutions from the customer’s viewpoint
Strong analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders
Ability to wrangle and mine data for customer insights
Ability to create meaningful and interpretable data visualizations
Willingness to learn new tools and techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
