Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers, is mandatory
- Understanding of the data center customer ecosystem
- Knowledge of key data center accounts and stakeholders
- Awareness of evolving chiller technologies and innovations
- Technically inclined with the ability to present solutions clearly
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Comfortable handling large-scale, high-stakes customer conversations
- Ability to respond quickly to customer requirements with fast turnaround and solution clarity
- Agile, adaptive, and a fast learner
- Preferred experience: 12+ years in HVAC/chiller sales, with strong data center or chiller exposure
