About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes
  • Create consultative documentation for customers
  • Lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for Connected Service Agreement customers
  • Use energy conservation measures to optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects
  • Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently, and within safety standards
  • Gather and validate preliminary information
  • Perform facility walkthroughs and construction plan reviews
  • Collaborate with account managers and field technicians to support sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales
  • Plan and schedule work with the Project Administrator service team
  • Travel to customer job sites, including potential outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong familiarity with energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC systems and/or temperature controls required
  • Experience understanding and manipulating technical information and responding to questions from team members or customers
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data clearly and accurately
  • Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months
  • No major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit and run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
  • Strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and data analytics
  • Energy and utility knowledge preferable
  • Ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively on a team
  • Safety-sensitive role; additional drug screening may be required
