About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Commissioning of Trane equipment
  • Corrective and preventive maintenance of Trane equipment
  • Management of onboard electronic modules (building management systems)
  • Preparing service activities, participating in weekly meetings, and reviewing the schedule
  • Checking the parts and consumables required to complete the work
  • Carrying out work on equipment in accordance with the instructions received
  • Identifying malfunctions and performing initial equipment diagnostics
  • Preparing and presenting service reports, factual findings, and recommendations to customers to optimize the performance and durability of installations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration, air-conditioning applications, electrical systems, and hydronic and air-handling systems
  • Degree or diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Energy, or HVAC Engineering
  • Category 1 certificate of competency for handling refrigerants
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
  • Independence, accountability, and strong organizational skills
  • Availability for a field-based role and on-call duty (one week in six or eight)
