About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate short- and long-term financial objectives and advise on financial implications of long-range and annual planning
Lead development of the Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and quarterly forecast updates
Socialize and align planning across cross-functional teams
Lead month-end reporting and analysis, including monthly financial reviews, risk and opportunity consolidation, weekly pulse coordination, and financial bridge development
Support Monthly Operating Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
Lead the investment process and coordinate business cases across Data Center businesses
Collaborate with Finance leaders across the business unit to establish timelines and deliverable cadence
Analyze financial and market data and provide recommendations to executive leadership
Develop tools and dashboards for early identification of financial problems and visualization of financial results and trends
Lead process improvement initiatives for monthly close, forecasting, data analytics, and reporting tools
Perform complex ad hoc analytical and financial modeling assignments
Assist with other finance functions and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of diversified Finance experience
Proven leadership skills and desire to transform Finance processes and drive Finance Excellence
Demonstrated success across forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvement roles
Experience across Accounting & Finance roles, preferably in manufacturing/industrial companies
Ability to forecast and plan effectively
Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across organizations/functions
Capability to advance analytics-enabled work processes
Change leadership and ability to lead transformation
Ability to communicate forecast rationale, financial results, and opportunities in an understandable and actionable format
Financial systems experience including Oracle, OneStream, and Tableau
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
MBA preferred
