About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and process invoices and paperwork
  • Partner with Account Teams as needed
  • Generate and print assigned reports
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to engage customers, provide payment reminders, answer billing inquiries, and resolve payment-delaying issues
  • Meet daily and monthly invoice processing metrics
  • Assist with training new invoice administrators
  • Work with Account Teams and cultivate relationships with vendors and local offices
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through accurate invoices and fulfillment of billing requirements
  • Perform service call maintenance
  • Open and maintain purchase orders
  • Provide additional reporting and support projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive approach and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work regularly and dependably
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
