About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure alignment of product team priorities with stakeholders and other product teams
  • Manage a clear product roadmap
  • Lead business process requirements definition for WorkSight Jobs, Pricing, and COJO pages
  • Collaborate with business teams to define requirements
  • Project manage and execute business process improvement activities
  • Manage intra-project dependencies and their impacts on other programs and projects
  • Collaborate with process owners, Finance, Tax, and other product teams
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with project management processes and tools
  • Operate in a team environment to complete projects and assignments
  • Analyze ineffective or outdated standard processes and identify alternatives
  • Involve stakeholders in identifying root causes of problems
  • Recommend innovative solutions and gain agreement on the best solutions
  • Own project management of action-item resolution and business requirement decisions
  • Communicate product impact to business stakeholders through dashboards, reporting, and presentations
  • Travel approximately 25%, depending on location and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
  • Process knowledge of Trane Commercial Sales Offices preferred
  • Experience in Equipment Project Management, Coordinated Jobs, Estimating, sales order creation/management, and financial management of Equipment, Service, Contracting, or Pricing and Bidding preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple roles and functions
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence individuals across all organizational levels
  • Problem-solving, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and plan implementation skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability
  • Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative approach with high ethical standards
  • Financial acumen and business case development experience
