About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Issue purchase orders and reconcile purchase order issues for enabling
  • Process documents for service claims sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty
  • Log service start-up and service work requirements in the job tracking system
  • Communicate with team members concerning the project management process
  • Assist in keeping accounts receivable up to date
  • Pull job credit numbers and assist with credit supplement processing
  • Perform general administrative functions supporting equipment fulfillment
  • Closely interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive approach and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercise good judgement
  • Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, is an asset
  • Construction law and regulation knowledge is an asset
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred, not required
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
