About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and contractors
- Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and schedules
- Track project progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates
- Assist with design reviews, testing, commissioning, and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety policies, and quality requirements
- Identify project issues and help develop corrective actions
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers as needed
- Supervise and control on-site activities on a daily basis
- Coordinate with Customer Engineering Team, PMC, HVAC or MEP consultants, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related technical field
- ITI / NCTVT in HVAC with minimum 7-8 years hands on experience in project execution
- Experience in project engineering, project coordination, or technical project delivery
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management practices, and technical documentation
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant engineering or project management tools
- Professional Engineering certification or project management certification
- Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD/REVIT MEP
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English or Hindi
