About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with SBU FP&A teams to collect information for monthly forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and long-term strategic plans (LRP)
  • Work with the financial systems team to standardize and automate reporting tools
  • Act as a liaison between Corporate and the Sectors/Business Units to drive collaboration
  • Monitor and report financial performance
  • Analyze and interpret operating results
  • Investigate variances and unusual items and evaluate their effects on operations
  • Report results with recommendations for action
  • Develop tools for early identification of financial problems and recommend resolutions
  • Design, improve, and maintain financial systems and models
  • Participate in evaluating and reviewing major capital investments
  • Prepare analyses and support quarterly earnings releases and calls
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, and Acquisitions/Divestitures teams to support and drive processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required
  • Master degree preferred and/or CPA, CMA
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in finance, accounting or related field
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge
