About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, control, and direct activities of operational resources
- Coordinate execution of service agreements and repair work
- Procure appropriate labor and materials within financial standards
- Coordinate service resources and dispatch and assign team members to projects
- Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability
- Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians
- Coordinate with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary
- Investigate customer concerns, route them to assigned staff, and respond to special requests
- Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED required
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort and effectiveness on the phone
- Organization and ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions
- Detail-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
