About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to accurately and promptly record project costs, including materials, timesheets, labor-hour allocation, and daily reports
  • Initiate invoicing for completed work
  • Prepare payroll documentation and manage technician-applied and unapplied time
  • Identify project costs for processing service claims, including concessions, Ship Product Defect (SPD), retrofit, labor warranty, and purchase orders
  • Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports
  • Monitor accounts receivable invoicing status
  • Review, investigate, and help resolve billing disputes with internal teams and customers
  • Communicate with team members
  • Cross-train for Resource Coordinator coverage when staffing needs arise
  • Support routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative project closeout

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive approach and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
