Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs
Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work
Serve as direct customer contact and oversee products and equipment on assigned projects
Identify, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations
Use software, technology, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units
Work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays
Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets
Record asset use, wear, and condition

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school required
Typically 0–2 years of experience in HVAC
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Working proficiency with handheld computers (e.g. smartphone, iPad)
Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 12 months
No major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
EPA Certification preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer)
