About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the operations team to achieve service objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet financial targets related to revenue and margin by controlling costs, quality, and timelines
- Support teams and customers with technical matters and processes
- Represent the company and protect its interests during technical assessments and expert evaluations
- Manage the operations team, from recruitment through employee development
- Manage and optimize the operational and technical processes supporting service activities
- Optimize fleet management and ensure the upkeep of machines and accessories
- Provide technical expertise to the ICS MTA France teams and accompany them during customer visits
- Manage the general resources required for the smooth operation of the business
- Qualify subcontractors and monitor the quality of their services and regulatory compliance
- Act as the liaison between manufacturing plants and ICS MTA France regarding quality feedback and after-sales service follow-up
- Manage expert evaluations and support the company in technical disputes to assess financial risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in HVAC engineering, or a management qualification complemented by experience in HVAC
- Proven experience managing technical teams, ideally 3 to 5 years
- Ability to unite a team, support skills development, and foster employee autonomy
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to set priorities, coordinate activities, and make informed decisions when facing unforeseen situations across a national scope
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead a remote team and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in office productivity and collaboration tools
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
