About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Perform application configuration and data-processing activities
- Translate business requirements into controlled system, data-processing, and operational changes
- Create and maintain process flows, business procedures, and system documentation
- Support business applications through incident analysis, issue resolution, testing, and enhancements
- Analyze data quality, reporting, and process issues and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, security, and business teams
- Develop and execute test scenarios and support user acceptance testing
- Support audits, access reviews, compliance activities, and application governance
- Maintain application knowledge and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis
- 2-4 years of industry experience preferred
- Business analysis and requirements management
- Process mapping and documentation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Application support and testing
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Knowledge of risk, finance, sustainability, or regulatory reporting processes
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Azure, or similar enterprise platforms
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be able to work three days per week in a hub office
