About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the RAFM team in monitoring telecommunications usage, ensuring billing consistency, and identifying potential revenue leakage
Analyze large volumes of usage- and billing-related data (CDRs, usage reports, reconciliation files)
Contribute to the preparation and updating of analytical dashboards, particularly in Power BI
Participate in validation activities related to projects and operational Revenue Assurance controls
Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or potential fraud patterns in telecommunications usage data
Document analyses, processes, and results to facilitate internal reporting and collaboration with other teams
Participate in ad hoc analyses and RAFM initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Final-year student at an engineering school specializing in Data, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or an equivalent field
Strong interest in data analysis and problem-solving
Good command of data analysis tools (Excel required; Power BI and SQL are a plus)
Ability to handle large volumes of data and conduct structured analyses
Rigorous and detail-oriented, particularly when investigating anomalies
Good command of English
