Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and provide support for the IT hardware, applications, and access provided to teams
Monitor the internal infrastructure to prevent or resolve service outages and attempted attacks, in collaboration with the Security team
Perform maintenance on office servers
Administer Microsoft 365 services
Manage and track hardware inventory
Actively contribute to industrialization projects through development and automation tools
Collaborate closely with the Security team, Systems Administrators, and Network Engineers

What you’ll need

A two-year degree or higher in IT (BTS, BUT, or equivalent)
Ideally, one or two years of experience within an internal IT support team
Knowledge of Windows systems
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Some knowledge of Linux
Knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems
Knowledge of domain controllers, Wi-Fi networks, and VPN access
Knowledge of SIM card fleet management
Knowledge of video conferencing equipment
Basic development skills (PowerShell, Python, or another language) would be a plus
