About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare for and participate in the onboarding of new employees
- Organize welcome sessions and prepare onboarding materials
- Monitor employees’ first few months of integration
- Handle personnel administration and communicate HR information
- Manage work permit and visa applications and track related files
- Handle the administrative follow-up of interns
- Contribute to internal communications, quality of work life (QWL), DE&I initiatives, and CSR programs
- Organize business travel
- Organize company events
- Administratively manage contracts and purchase orders
- Resolve disputes with Accounting, Procurement, and operational teams
- Provide front-desk and telephone reception
- Manage client and visitor reception, meeting rooms, calendars, and invitations
- Manage mail, access badges, and parking
- Oversee facility management and vendor relationships
- Order office supplies and consumables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum three years of higher education)
- Genuine interest in HR-related topics
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Self-reliance and resourcefulness
- Ability to adapt to unfamiliar or stressful situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong general computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
- Energetic, rigorous, and well-organized
- Strong service orientation
- Ability to manage priorities
- Respect for confidentiality
- Fluent English is required
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments
