About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify, progress, and close Supply Chain Planning deals per the Sales Proven Process, generating new ARR
  • Lead Supply Chain Planning sales cycles
  • Create proposals, pricing, delivery messaging, and proposals to prospects
  • Establish and deepen executive and additional relationships with prospects and clients
  • Communicate the Supply Chain Planning value proposition to prospects
  • Understand prospects’ business operations, issues, and challenges and apply Supply Chain Planning capabilities and value
  • Support Sales Engineers with preparation and delivery of product demonstrations
  • Participate in lead generation and lead qualification with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Execute targeted business development activities to identify new leads
  • Leverage industry and business relationships to create warm leads
  • Lead territory management activities to optimize deal-closing probability
  • Create account plans, strategies, and opportunity plans to accelerate deal closure
  • Update HubSpot opportunity progression information
  • Report ongoing sales activity and forecasts through cadence and opportunity plans
  • Attend Sales Leadership and L10 meetings as required
  • Travel approximately 5–15%; occasional evening and weekend work may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative selling of key business solutions including ERP, Supply Chain Planning, and Business Intelligence
  • Minimum BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or equivalent providing skill to achieve the Professional Requirements
  • Supply Chain enterprise and Supply Chain Planning SaaS sales experience preferred by special focus
  • Demonstrated track record closing new logo opportunities
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Track record of managing professional networks and connections to self-generate warm leads
  • Ability to create meaningful relationships with decision makers and process participants
  • Ability to sell across Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Operations
  • Consultative selling approach blending business value, industry experience, and supply chain planning improvement
  • Ability to work proactively and independently and generate and progress a book of business
  • Ability to travel as required
