About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, screen, and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements
Identify suitable advertising channels to attract eligible candidates
Use online platforms, social media, and professional networks to support recruitment
Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms
Keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date
Track and report recruitment KPIs
Support the Sourcing team with additional tasks as needed
Work on an ongoing project involving data for Human-Machine Interaction and Machine Learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Philippines-based
Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus
Excellent communication and networking skills
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other resource management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools
Confidence using social media platforms for recruitment and advertising
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong customer service focus
Accuracy and attention to detail
Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
