About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a global pharmaceutical CRM transformation
- Assess how existing commercial and medical processes translate into practical Vault CRM requirements
- Identify capabilities, dependencies, and potential platform constraints
- Review Vault CRM capabilities, configuration options, and legacy process exceptions
- Assess platform fit and dependencies related to content, consent, mobile functionality, access, and integrations
- Participate in targeted discussions with Veeva and review solution/design demonstrations
- Support process consultants in developing feasible, business-focused requirements
- Identify and communicate platform constraints, assumptions, and unknowns
- Escalate questions requiring Veeva input without owning technical implementation
- Produce capability-fit assessments, technical dependency questions, and feasibility review notes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable commercial or medical Vault CRM experience
- Alternatively, a clearly evidenced pathway to Vault CRM expertise supported by relevant Veeva experience
- Ability to assess Vault CRM capabilities and explain technical constraints in clear business terms
- Experience reviewing CRM processes and translating them into practical system requirements
- Strong understanding of CRM dependencies such as content, consent, mobile use, access, and integrations
- Experience working with business/process consultants and technical platform teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- General Vault experience alone is not sufficient; candidates must demonstrate relevant Vault CRM capability or a credible route to that expertise
