About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor remote recording sessions through the proprietary platform
Provide real-time coaching on pronunciation, tone, pacing, prosody, enunciation, and natural speech delivery
Verify compliance with project guidelines and recording standards
Ensure recordings accurately follow provided scripts
Verify that recordings reflect authentic contemporary Spanish (Colombia)
Identify and report technical or environmental issues affecting recording quality, including background noise, distortion, clipping, microphone artifacts, or other defects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native fluency in Spanish (Colombia)
Good English communication skills
Professional experience directing voice talents or demonstrable expertise in spoken Spanish (Colombia)
Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Professional experience in voice direction or voice acting, linguistics, speech technology, or voice coaching
Previous experience directing Text-to-Speech (TTS) projects preferred
Knowledge of phonetics and speech production preferred
Experience working on speech, voice, or language-related projects preferred
Familiarity with remote recording platforms or digital audio production workflows preferred
Up to 25 hours availability per week preferred
