About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage governance frameworks, monitor performance, and ensure vendor relationships deliver against business objectives and risk expectations
Identify opportunities to maximise value, improve supplier performance, optimise technology investments, and support cost-saving initiatives across the Technology portfolio
Produce performance reporting and scorecards, identify risks, and provide recommendations to leaders and stakeholders
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues, manage risks, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Help implement and evolve vendor management practices, technology licensing processes, and governance approaches
Collaborate with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers
Contribute to implementation of a new technology licensing framework across a growing portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with external partners, suppliers, service providers, or key stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes
Ability to assess opportunities, evaluate performance, identify risks, and make value-creating recommendations
Experience establishing, managing, or improving frameworks, controls, reporting processes, or operational practices
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, build trust, and align people around shared goals
Experience supporting technology, digital, commercial, procurement, or operational environments
AI and data literacy
Adaptability to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working
Proactive problem-solving approach in complex and ambiguous environments
Strong relationship building, collaboration, commercial acumen, critical thinking, informed decision-making, customer-focused thinking, collaborative delivery, and sound judgement
