About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to clients and Client Success Managers
  • Create positive working relationships with healthcare supplier partners
  • Qualify placement opportunities
  • Post requisitions
  • Complete profile screening and onboarding support
  • Create and distribute activity and performance reports
  • Provide follow-up initiatives and customer service
  • Meet and develop relationships with hiring managers in facilities as directed by the Client Success Manager
  • Meet or exceed established role-related KPIs
  • Manage a desk of 150 TOA within six months
  • Assist the Implementations team with new or existing account implementation tasks
  • Identify opportunities for program improvements
  • Assist with development and review of periodic performance reports
  • Develop knowledge of VMS technology for data management and client configurations, staffing processes, candidate onboarding, and customer support
  • Audit bookings for accuracy
  • Maintain communication with supplier partners regarding open contracts, decline reasoning, and extensions
  • Provide prompt and proactive follow-up to internal and external clients
  • Manage, upload, and distribute facility onboarding documents
  • Provide team coverage when necessary
  • Review and prescreen profiles for accuracy of skillset, experience, references, and skills checklists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of experience in a customer facing position
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet
  • Suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hospital systems, medical terminology and/or healthcare services preferred
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) preferred
