About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, providing guidance on pay, deductions, stipends, and pay statements
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies with payroll, accounting, and operations teams
- Perform payroll and billing corrections while monitoring critical deadlines
- Build and format submission-ready resumes and ensure candidate profiles meet client requirements
- Audit candidate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Manage inbound inquiries through chat, phone, and messaging platforms
- De-escalate sensitive situations and provide professional, empathetic service
- Respond to outreach campaigns and route qualified interest to recruiting teams
- Maintain accurate documentation across systems and meet quality and compliance standards
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the traveler experience
- Collaborate with recruiters, recruitment leaders, payroll, accounting, operations, and customer support teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations and de-escalate challenging situations
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working across multiple systems and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers
- Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
- Preferred: Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial inquiries
- Preferred: Experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, recruiting operations, or customer support
- Preferred: Experience with UKG, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms
