About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and activate Treatwell’s B2B brand strategy, proposition, messaging and narrative across Europe
  • Establish Treatwell as a credible voice in the professional hair, beauty and wellness industry
  • Develop integrated B2B campaigns to build awareness, consideration and demand among prospective salon partners
  • Build ambassador, influencer and advocacy programmes
  • Own event, trade show and industry-moment strategy, activation and measurement across Europe
  • Create market-relevant initiatives with local marketing teams to engage salon partners
  • Develop partner, technology and industry storytelling across campaigns, content, PR and owned channels
  • Lead and optimise B2B content and advertising across organic and paid social
  • Test messages, formats, channels and creative approaches using AI and emerging tools
  • Develop thought leadership, partner stories and industry commentary with the PR Manager
  • Shape offline and printed brand touchpoints, including welcome packs, event materials, sales collateral and partner communications
  • Create strategies, toolkits and assets for consistent local activation
  • Define metrics and report on B2B brand impact across awareness, reputation, engagement, acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Content, Social, PR, Product Marketing, Commercial, Partner Success and local market teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in B2B brand marketing, ideally within a marketplace, technology, SaaS, beauty, hospitality or partner-led business
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, propositions and messaging
  • Experience developing integrated B2B campaigns across paid, owned, earned and offline channels
  • Proven experience building ambassador, advocacy, influencer or community programmes
  • Experience delivering events, activations or trade shows, ideally across multiple European markets
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Experience using data, testing and audience insight to optimise content and campaigns
  • Curiosity about using AI and emerging tools to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with creative teams and agencies
  • Confidence working across markets, functions and seniority levels
  • Commercial judgement and understanding of brand marketing’s contribution to acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term growth
