About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creating and optimising salon profiles on our marketplace, including price lists, opening hours, venue descriptions, photography, and other information
Revising work and actioning quality checks before publishing information online
Adhering to Treatwell’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
Developing skills in Salesforce to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
Supporting product teams and other internal stakeholders with translation/transcreation
Identifying and overseeing improvements to support process automation
Collaborating with Supply, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams
Reporting to a Marketplace Content Team Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Lithuanian.
Highly proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Critical thinker, seeking opportunities to solve problems and identify efficient ways of working
Self-motivated with loads of initiative and curiosity
A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills, able to work towards tough deadlines
Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
