About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise-wide operations transformation and manufacturing network optimization initiatives
  • Ensure the manufacturing network supports strategic growth, improves productivity, and meets supply chain objectives
  • Guide cross-functional execution and establish program governance
  • Lead change management for complex operational initiatives
  • Lead high-impact operational transformation programs from concept through implementation and benefit realization
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
  • Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes
  • Establish governance, escalation processes, risk-management practices, and decision-making frameworks
  • Partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with corporate strategy and operational priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for execution and results
  • Support effective and sustained implementation of operational changes
  • Lead product transfers, line relocations, capacity balancing and expansions, facility startups and commissioning, and manufacturing footprint optimization
  • Evaluate operational, financial, customer, and supply chain impacts of network changes
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation strategies
  • Help ensure transitions and operational changes are planned and executed effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, operations finance, enterprise transformation, strategy, or program management
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions, sites, and senior stakeholders in manufacturing required
  • Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical capability, including business case development, cost/savings tracking, scenario analysis, operational modeling, dashboards, and executive-level decision support
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing complexity, cost drivers, equipment performance, labor models, food safety, customer service, capacity, inventory, and operational readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a complex, matrixed organization without relying solely on direct authority
  • Willingness to travel 50–75%
