About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective policyholders via phone, email, and SMS
  • Manage renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and present competitive solutions to reduce churn
  • Quote and bind additional lines of coverage or improved renewal options using multiple carrier platforms
  • Interpret and analyze policies, endorsements, and reports
  • Partner with Sales, Training, and Operations teams
  • Navigate CRM tools, comparative raters, and carrier portals
  • Leverage automation and data to improve workflows and performance metrics
  • Work a Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs schedule with two days off

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role
  • Actively hold a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states
  • Proven success preventing cancellations, rewriting business, and cross-selling additional products
  • Clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills
  • Highly proficient in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRMs
  • Ability to interpret data to improve outcomes
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Capable of performing high-quality work with limited oversight
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Eager to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Must complete a background check prior to starting employment
  • Able to work one weekend day per week
  • Able to work at least one closing shift per week (12 PM - 9 PM ET)
